  3. The Infinity Net Collection (Volume 1)

  5. This is my 3rd effort as a Marathon designer and I found out designing maps with Forge is far easier than anything perviously.  This file includes 3 net levels which are truly awesome!  
  6. The 1st level is known as "La Terre De La Mort".  It is similar to Waldo World Arena with 2 ledges, 2 hallways opposite each other, and 4 teleports, not to mention a few energy boosters.  A juggernaut and a kamikaze sewage beast will test your skills while your friends try to blow you up with my knew high powered, laser guided missiles.  Good Luck!

The second level is a small to moderate size level with a war going on between aliens and aliens, bobs and you, you and the aliens, and the bobs and the aliens.  It is pretty wild!  Every weapon is available as well as an energy recharge.  This level is great for net games and also for honing you Marathon skills so you can thump your friends the next time you play them.  After playing it for a while, you will end up in a circular room where there are 8 teleports.  Go ahead and try them all, but only one will get you back to the real fight in the other major room.  Don't forget to punch out the light bulbs that hang from the ceiling!

The third level is a long and twisted maze of utter confusion and frustration.  It has tight corridors and long hallways with no oxygen.  So, remember to fill up on your O2.  There are no aliens but a few bobs will chase you around.  Be careful if you fire at a bob, their intelligence, speed, and shooting accuracy have been greatly improved so now they are vicious assassins.  This is a great level for net games if you are in the mood for a deliberate, patient game of hide and seek.  If you don't feel like playing hide and seek, try the first two levels!

I have included my own "Infinity Physics".  The only major change is that all aliens are made more intelligent and the missile launcher has been equipped with a laser sight.  This laser sight causes no damager but it will also never run out.  The Bungie guys told me this is an awesome physics file.
